When you’re a kid, fun comes first. Final exams, driver’s ed and summer jobs will arrive soon enough. Cub Scouts lets kids have fun while teaching them skills that will help them later on. From the thrill of shooting an arrow for the very first time, to learning how to transform a block of wood into a race car, Cub Scouts is one thrill after another. With a program expertly tailored to match each age in a young boy's life, Cub Scouts learn that even when fun isn’t easy, it’s always an adventure. In Scouting, everything has a purpose. And it shows kids that doing their best is the most fun of all.
Pack 103 is a Cub Scout unit in East Stroudsburg, PA. We're working together teaching boys to do their best and help others while following the principles of the Scout Promise and the Scout Law. Ultimately, though, we are here to provide activities that will allow them to HAVE FUN!! Cub Scouts is all about fun activities for boys ages 7 to 12 (1st to 5th grades), and their parents and siblings.
**New members are welcome at any time during the year.**
Our Pack 103 Dens meet once a week in the East Stroudsburg United Methodist Church (in the Community rooms in the rear of the church located in the basement) on 87 South Courtland Street. In addition to our weekly Den meetings, once a month (the 2nd Wednesday of the month) our Pack gathers together for a meeting to recognize our Cub Scouts achievements as well as other fun activities.
Some of our favorite activities are our Trunk or Treat, Family Movie & Camp-in Nights, Pinewood Derby Racing, Rain Gutter Regatta Boat Racing, Blue & Gold Banquets, Camping Adventures, Hiking Trips, Community Service Projects and many other fun gatherings.
